Privacy Policy
SystemLore collects only the data needed to run the learning product, keep accounts working, process payments, and understand aggregate product usage.
Data We Collect
- Account email address and a password hash.
- Learning progress, plan/tier, and basic account timestamps.
- Multiplayer room activity needed to deliver live collaboration while a room is active.
- Operational logs such as request path, status, timing, and error details.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. SystemLore does not store card numbers. We store only the payment status and subscription window needed to unlock Pro access.
Analytics
Analytics are optional and configured by deployment environment. If enabled, SystemLore uses privacy-friendly analytics for aggregate page and product usage. We do not use analytics to sell personal data.
Local Storage
The browser may store your auth token, theme preference, onboarding state, and local progress for signed-out use. You can clear this from your browser settings.
Data Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, and security providers needed to operate the service.
Deletion and Support
To request account deletion, billing help, or privacy support, use Contact support from your account menu or the sign-in dialog.
