By using SystemLore, you agree to use the service responsibly and understand that the product is an educational interview-prep tool.

Educational Use

SystemLore teaches system design concepts and practice workflows. It does not guarantee interview results, job offers, employer recognition, or professional advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using a valid email address. We may restrict or remove accounts that abuse the service.

Payment Terms

Paid access is unlocked only after a successful checkout and verified payment event from the configured payment provider.

Monthly access adds 30 days from verified payment. If you renew early, the next month is added after your current expiry. Lifetime access keeps Pro active on the purchasing account.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or mandatory payment-provider rules. This policy exists because paid access exposes digital learning content immediately after purchase.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use multiplayer rooms to harass, spam, or share unlawful content.
• Do not bypass payment, authentication, rate limits, or access controls.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable during maintenance, outages, or product iteration.

Liability

SystemLore is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law. The operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or third-party provider failures.
